Throughout the 80-minute experience, Xiao Rui and her companions visit diverse locations such as the Amazon rainforest, Greenland’s icebergs, innovative solar farms on former coal mines, and research facilities studying the impacts of climate change. By witnessing these environments firsthand, children gain a deeper understanding of the consequences of global warming.
Featuring captivating original artwork, delightful music that children can sing along to, and a bilingual storyline (available in English and Chinese), "Gulangyu" serves as an excellent resource for parents and educators to initiate conversations with young learners about their ecological footprint and ways to combat climate change.
